Danish retro table Tomrer with Fenix top

The Tomrer with Fenix is a table in the Danish style of the 60s. A retro table with a fresh look. The combination of the slender construction with the slender top gives this dining table a light and soft appearance. The table-top is round at the end and is tapered at the edges. The table legs are slightly slanted under the top and have rounded corners. No sharp edges or corners on this table.

The Tomrer has a slim appearance but can handle a lot. For stability, metal crossbeams are milled into the tabletop. To ensure flatness in the lengthwise direction, tables from 220 cm and above have a tension regulator underneath to prevent sagging. Structurally, everything is elegantly concealed.

The Tomrer table is for sale in different types of wood, finishes, Fenix ​​colours and sizes. Other dimensions are made to order. The Fjerre table is also available as coffee table and dining table bench. Is the size you are looking for not listed? Then contact us about the custom possibilities.

For the maintenance of your oiled wooden table, we recommend giving the table a freshening up twice a year with maintenance oil. The maintenance set can be purchased online.

A Tomrer table with a coloured table top

A Fenix table-top is only available as standard for the Rikke, Fjerre and Tomrer tables. This is a custom option for the other tables in the collection.

A Fenix top layer on the table-top has several advantages: it is strong and scratch-resistant, has a soft 'soft touch' surface, a matte appearance, fingerprints are not visible and it is easy to keep clean.

Packaging & Assembly

The table is delivered unassembled in two cardboard boxes. The table is easy to assemble. The manual is included. Legs are mounted under the table top by means of metal plates to which the leg are attached to. Table top reinforcement by means of machined sleepers from two meters, a metal voltage regulator is machined into the table top.
