De Machinekamer believes in the combination of vintage and new designer furniture. At De Machinekamer, you will find both. Beautiful designs from well-known designers from the 30s to the 80s, reissues from old designs and, of course, our own collection new furniture.

A love for vintage design

De Machinekamer has been the place to be for vintage, Scandinavian, Dutch and industrial design furniture for more than 13 years. Our store is packed with special objects and design classics. And as a tubular frame specialist, we have a large collection vintage and retro design tubular frame seats.

Reissues and new designs

De Machinekamer has the exclusive license to reissue various furniture classics (such as the Galvanitas chairs). Using the old moulds, we create a new edition of the original design. Aside from that, we design new furniture ourselves, inspired by old designs and with a fresh and contemporary look. Chairs, couches, stools and tables that meet the needs of today, but with the design of older days.

De Machinekamer for the business market

Characteristic for not only our vintage furniture but the reissues and new designer furniture as well are their excellent quality. The furniture is therefore very suitable for the business market, such as hospitality, schools or offices.

De Machinekamer has a 400 m² showroom in Zaandam full of new and vintage design furniture! Our showroom is easy to reach by car as well as public transport.
