Tubax

In 2012, De Machinekamer revived the Belgian steel furniture brand Tubax. We successfully reproduced the iconic Tubax armchair, the Vilvoure, entirely according to its original 1930s design, featuring distinctive curves and wooden armrests. A new beginning was made! Following this reintroduction, more models followed, with construction, comfort, and materials remaining true to the original designs. Tubax furniture is still entirely handmade, from bending and welding the frame to upholstering the chairs. The Tubax collection is available exclusively at De Machinekamer.
