Warranty
We make furniture designed to last. However, issues can occur. If they do, we will resolve them properly.
Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you notice a defect or damage, inform us as soon as possible. Do this no later than 7 days after discovering the issue.
Preferably include photos via [email protected]. This allows us to assist you more quickly.
Warranty period
- Private customers: 2-year warranty.
- Business customers: 1-year warranty.
This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If your claim is valid
If your claim falls within the warranty period and is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution. This may include:
- Repair
- Replacement of the product
- Refund of the invoice value
We determine which solution is most appropriate in your situation.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by:
- Improper use
- Incorrect maintenance
- Damage caused by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
Natural materials
Our furniture is made of wood and other natural materials. Wood may expand or contract, and small variations in colour and texture are normal characteristics of the material. These are not covered by warranty.
Vintage furniture
Vintage furniture consists of pre owned design pieces with their own history. Signs of use, discoloration or minor imperfections are consistent with age and form part of the character of the item.
Each vintage piece is described and photographed as accurately as possible. The condition in which the item is presented at the time of purchase is leading.
We recommend viewing vintage items in one of our showrooms before purchasing, so you can assess the condition and appearance yourself.
Collection is preferred for vintage furniture. By collecting the item yourself, you reduce the risk of transport damage. Delivery can be arranged in consultation and at an additional cost.
No additional warranty applies to vintage furniture beyond your statutory rights. You may, of course, expect the item to function as described under normal use.
