Warranty period

  • Private customers: 2-year warranty.
  • Business customers: 1-year warranty.

This warranty does not affect consumers' statutory rights.

What we do in case of a valid claim

If your claim falls within the warranty period and is valid, we will offer an appropriate solution. This may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund of the invoiced value of the product

We will determine which solution is most appropriate for your situation.

When does the warranty not apply?

The warranty does not apply if the defect was caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear

Natural materials

Our furniture is made from wood and other natural materials. Wood can naturally expand and contract, and minor variations in colour and texture are normal. These are characteristics of the material and are not covered by the warranty.

Outlet furniture

You are also entitled to a product of satisfactory quality when purchasing outlet furniture. Please keep in mind that outlet furniture may include showroom models, returned items, second chance items or furniture with minor damage.

We make any damage, signs of use or other defects as clear as possible before purchase. If a defect has been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and the price has been adjusted accordingly, you cannot make a warranty claim for that specific defect afterwards.

Your statutory rights continue to apply to any other defects.

Vintage furniture

Vintage furniture consists of pre-owned design pieces with their own history. Signs of use, discolouration and minor imperfections are consistent with the age of the furniture and are part of its character.

We describe and photograph each vintage item as carefully as possible. The condition in which the furniture is offered is leading at the time of purchase.

We recommend viewing vintage furniture in one of our showrooms before purchasing. This allows you to assess its condition and appearance yourself.

For vintage furniture, collection is our preferred option. Taking the furniture with you yourself reduces the risk of damage during transport. If you choose delivery, this can be arranged in consultation and at an additional cost.

No additional warranty applies to vintage furniture beyond your statutory rights. You may of course expect the furniture to function as described under normal use.
