Delivery in the Netherlands

Order for €250 or more? We will deliver your furniture free of charge* to your home.

For orders under €250, a delivery fee of €15 applies.

Please always check whether the furniture will fit through doors, staircases or lifts before placing your order. You are responsible for arranging and paying for a furniture or goods lift if required. If the furniture cannot be moved through doors, staircases or lifts upon delivery, we will deliver it to the first accessible threshold.

Assembly service for your furniture: €119. Your furniture will be professionally assembled and we will take the packaging materials with us.

Please note: transport costs apply for deliveries to the Dutch Wadden Islands.

*Free delivery does not apply to sale items or vintage furniture. Free delivery is valid for the first delivery attempt only. A fee of €75 applies for each additional delivery attempt.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

  • Belgium: delivery costs €50. Unfortunately, we cannot offer assembly services for our Belgian customers. Delivery to Belgium may take longer than the lead time stated on your order confirmation.
  • Other countries within Europe: shipping rates available on request via [email protected].

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your online purchase? You can easily register a return using our return form.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions

  • Register your return within 14 days of delivery.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.
  • Vintage, custom-made, outlet and in-store purchases cannot be returned. This also includes specially ordered or custom-made products, such as bespoke tables and chairs with custom upholstery.
  • You are responsible for returning the furniture complete and carefully packaged.
  • If the product is returned damaged or has suffered a loss in value, an amount may be deducted from the refund.
  • Business customers are not entitled to a cooling-off period or right of withdrawal. Purchases made by business customers cannot be cancelled or returned.

Return costs

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer:

  • Table, NL: €175
  • Sofa, NL: €225
  • Chair, NL: €75 + €10 per additional chair
  • Other furniture and returns from outside the Netherlands: price on request

You may also arrange return transport yourself. In that case, please make an appointment with us for a suitable drop-off time.

Returns must always be delivered to our warehouse in Westzaan. It is not possible to return furniture at one of our showrooms.

Tip: always send return shipments with a tracking number and keep it until the return has been processed.

 

Return address

Please always register your return or withdrawal request via the return form first. Once we have received your request, we will contact you regarding the further handling of your return and any return transport.
