Delivery in the Netherlands
Order €250 or more? We deliver your furniture free of charge to your home.
Order below €250? We charge €15 delivery costs.
Please check in advance whether the furniture fits through doors, staircases or in the lift before placing your order. You are responsible for arranging a moving or goods lift if needed. If the furniture does not fit at the time of delivery, we will deliver up to the first doorstep.
Assembly service: €119. We professionally assemble your furniture and take the packaging material with us.
Please note: additional transport costs apply for delivery to the Wadden Islands.
*Free delivery does not apply to sale items and vintage furniture. Free delivery applies to the first delivery attempt only. A second or subsequent delivery attempt costs €75 per delivery.
Delivery outside the Netherlands
- Belgium: delivery costs €50. Unfortunately, we cannot offer assembly service for customers in Belgium. Delivery to Belgium may take longer than the delivery time stated in the order confirmation.
- Other European countries: rate on request via [email protected].
Return conditions
- Register your return within 14 days after delivery.
- You then have another 14 days to return the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Not returnable: vintage, young design, custom made items, outlet items and products purchased in-store.
- Specially ordered or custom made products, such as made-to-measure tables or chairs with special upholstery, cannot be returned.
- If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, repair costs will be charged to the customer.
- Business customers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal or a cooling-off period. They cannot cancel or return their purchase.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense:
- Table, NL: €175
- Sofa, NL: €225
- Chair, NL: €75 + €10 per additional chair
- Other furniture and returns from abroad: price on request
You may also arrange the return transport yourself. Please contact us in advance to schedule a suitable time.
Tip: always ship returns with a tracking number and keep it until the return has been processed.
