1. Availability

1.1 can we pick up products ourselves in zaandam?

Yes, all products can be picked up in Zaandam. To do this, a pick-up appointment has to be made.

1.2 Can all products be viewed in the store in Zaandam?

Yes, but it is not possible to showcase all the furniture in the store because of the large collection. If the product is not present in Zaandam, this will be stated in the product description. You will be able to see this product in person by making an appointment. We will ensure that the product is present in the store on the agreed day. You can come and view this product without obligation.

2.  Delivery

2.1 Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For delivery abroad, different delivery rates apply than for delivery in the Netherlands. This service will be in consultation. For orders outside the Netherlands, you can contact us, +31 (0) 757113930 of per mail [email protected]

2.2. Wat zijn de levertijden?
The delivery time depends on whether it is a product from stock or if the product is made to order. The delivery time of product from stock is 1 to 5 days. The delivery time of a product on order is 6 to 10 weeks. The exact delivery depends on the transport method or collection agreement.
2.3 What are the delivery costs?
For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free. For delivery tot he Wadden Islands, 120 euros is charged. For delivery of products under 100 euros, the delivery costs depend on the size of the product.

2.4 What do I have to keep in mind for the delivery?

The delivery will be carried out by two drivers. Make sure that someone is home on the agreed delivery day and time. If we can not find anyone at home, we are forced to charge the costs of possible second delivery.

Prices are based on transport up to the living room of the delivery address. We will deliver up to the third floor if the goods can be brought up properly. A lift must be present for products that need to be brought up to higher floors. Hoisting articles is not possible, you will have to organize this yourself.

You must check the products yourself for damage on delivery.

2.5 I want to have my table assembled, is that possible? 
Yes, we can assemble tables for you. We will charge 95 euros extra for this service. If you would like to make use of this service, please indicate this with your order.
