LaCividina Osaka sofa
The Osaka sofa, originally designed in 1967 and developed for the 1970 Osaka Expo by renowned French designer Pierre Paulin, has been revived by LaCividina. Now exclusively on display at De Machinekamer in the Netherlands, this modular sofa system with its flowing, organic lines offers endless seating solutions through the combination and alignment of its simple curved elements.
The steel frame is covered in resilient, extended polyurethane upholstery, lined with stretch fabric, allowing the creation of round shapes. Available with or without backrest and can be placed nicely in waiting areas, lounges or other public spaces.
