A smart layout can surprise you and give your living room more space. Our interior consultants think along with you about how to make the most of your living space. With a floor plan and furniture advice, we help you on your way. Based on your wishes and personal taste, we work with you to make your living room truly your own. The consultation takes place in the showroom in Utrecht. Read more below about the packages we offer.

1. Inspiration Session

Are you completely tired of your current interior, but don’t know where to start changing it? Are you moving and feeling overwhelmed by all the choices? Which chairs actually look best with your new table? And is the furniture from De Machinekamer really your style? Come brainstorm with us about your wishes and your home!

Book a 1-hour Inspiration Session with one of our interior consultants and leave with a head full of new ideas! At the end of the session, you will walk out the door with:

✔️ Advice on several furniture pieces

✔️ A broad-strokes recommendation for layout and colour

✔️ Wood and/or fabric samples

The cost for an Inspiration Session is 75 euros.

With the Inspiration Session, you receive a 75-euro discount voucher for your future furniture purchase at De Machinekamer, with a minimum spend of 750 euros.

2. Interior Plan

For more extensive advice including a floor plan, choose the Interior Plan package. After an intake—during which you send us photos and a floor plan (with measurements)—we will create a furniture plan for you. In a 1-hour consultation, we walk you through the plan and fine-tune it together. With this plan in hand, you can turn your house into a wonderful home.

The Interior Plan includes:

✔️ Moodboard

✔️ Advice on several furniture pieces

✔️ Colour and material advice with wood and/or fabric samples

✔️ A hand-drawn and coloured floor plan (2D)

The cost for an extensive Interior Plan is 175 euros.

With the Interior Plan, you receive a 175-euro discount voucher for your future furniture purchase at De Machinekamer, with a minimum spend of 1750 euros.
