Finn Juhl (1912 - 1989) was a Danish architect, interior and industrial designer, best known for his radical furniture design. He became very well known to the American public after Interiors magazine devoted a major article to his work. In this magazine, among others, there was a quote from him that characterizes his work: "you cannot create happiness with beautiful objects, but you can spoil a lot of happiness with bad ones".
